This was either a 87-88 or 89-90 as the Komets wore these jerseys for two seasons and Joe Sefan played both. It's a medium weight mesh with embroidered "State of Indiana" crest that looks like someone put in a dryer. It's medium weight mesh size L made by Hooters (and yet there's no stretch marks in the chest). The numbers are two color tackle twill and there were no plates (at least not on this jersey). It has decent wear with quite a few stick and puck marks and a few burns and small holes. (No greasy fingers stains) The fight strap is one of the old style "Tie Down's". It was originally described to me as being torn at the neck but upon close examination someone has modified it to have that V look. Acquired from a Forum member. 7/23/06. |
