This Indy Ice jersey was worn by Eric Malow during the 95-96 season. It's a Bauer ultrafil size 54. The Ice switched fonts on these black jerseys for the final season of the "beer style" logo to a basic athletic block. It's a nice white on purple on grey 3 color tackle twill for all the numbers and letters on the nameplate. It shows good wear (for a black jersey) with 3 repairs on the left cuff and 4 on the right. There are very noticeable burn marks on the sleeves and lot of stick and buck marks on the waist stripe. There a couple spots that look to be blood stains. I'm sending it to CSI Miami (closest TV set) for a DNA check. The interior has light pilling which doesn't fit with the wear on the outside but I don't know how he wore his jersey so that's rally a moot point. It has the standard Bauer and IHL patches embroidered on the tail. Acquired from friends who are close friends with Eric 10/24/07. |
