Chris Kontos bounced around a bit during the 96-97 season. He started in Cincinnati was traded to Quebec and then ended up in Manitoba. This is his moose shirt. It shows no signs of a plate change so I think he was the only one to wear it. This road jersey has light wear even though he played 40 games with Manitoba. There is a cut on the righ elbow and a few dozen small marks and that's about it. It has a beautiful multicolor embroidered crest with fancy moose horned 3 color numbers. They put a nice Inaugural Game Worn Patch in the inside hem. Very Classy. Acquired from the man!... Joe Walker! |
